How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Your item will take 3-14 days to be processed and delivered. Smaller products have a 7 day delivery time from the time we receive your order from the manufacturer. Larger 2 man products have a 14 day lead time. Please be aware orders are not processed to us from Friday to Sunday or Bank Holidays (online orders).

Can I choose a delivery date?

No, unfortunately we do not offer that type of service due to demand and the type of products we deliver. Furthermore we do not deliver to the same areas everyday, we deliver based off the current demand to that area.

Will I be given a time on the day?

You will be given a time slots which are usually 3 hour windows and the driver will pre-call you on the day with around 30 mins – 1 hours notice.

Can I delay my order as I am not ready for it yet?

Yes, you can delay your order Email us on orders@dbfreelanceltd.com with your postcode and we can delay your delivery but we do have a number of options for delivery; so we can help work with you to get the item to you as soon as possible. Please ask.

Can I have a weekend delivery?

Unfortunately we do not deliver weekends, occasionally we will deliver on weekends to meet customers needs but this is not our regular working days.

What if I’m not going to be home?

Don’t worry we do not require a signature for delivery, we can leave your item somewhere safe/secure for example on your driveway, behind bins behind a gate, with a neighbour etc. This all depends on what item you have ordered in many cases the items are very heavy and cannot be easily quickly moved so if items are left on driveway; they are safe. If you have a large item it is unlikely we will be able to store it down a side alley or be able to get through a gate with it.
